He is going to try his hand at cooking. Today it was from scratch buttermilk biscuits.
I found him a video on YouTube to watch. Then he was off to the races.
They were delicious. Light and fluffy. But we learned to put the rack up one notch so the bottoms wouldn't be so brown and so the tops would be browner.
Next up...homemade apple butter because we are now officially out of Cedarmore Farm Amish Apple Butter and I am sad!!
