We just happened on this shop while driving one day just checking out the other beach houses on the other end of the beach. We might have even been checking out the sea turtle nests. There is a sign on the main strip but the actual ice cream shop is on the backside of a beach shop. You really couldn't ask for a better setting. The only drawback...the footing on the ramp is a little treacherous for us old folks.
this girl loves a good sprinkled ice cream cone. Inside the shop there are tables and chairs. And my favorite are the rockers that face the ocean.
Ellis is my kind of ice cream lover...chocolate on chocolate.
Michael and Ellis decided to take their ice cream outside and sit at the little bar to watch the waves. AC for me for sure!
Haley's is our pick for ice cream on the beach. I have a feeling that next year we will have a rut in the sand where we make so many trips up the beach at night. Better start saving my quarters because they have a bunch of vending machine full of 'junk' that we just can't live without.
