I've been busy in the garden and in the kitchen this week.

A blog is born

I am not the most creative person when it comes to naming things...just ask my kids how many parakeets we had that were named Petie.

Cassie gets the credit for coming up with the idea for this blog. She knows her family too well. She knows that we love to eat. I'd say that four out of the seven remaining Buckeyes will to go to new places and try new foods. Michael and I, not so much but over the next year at least, we are willing to give it a try.

We will be eating our way thru OH and maybe even across state lines. Hopefully along the way I will be able to share some recipes. And you know that there will always be a story or two.
