Creamy Cucumber Salad

Start with fresh cucumbers

Peel cucumbers if you like.

Slice into 1/4 inch pieces

Dressing

1/3 cup of white vinegar

2 Tablespoons of EVOO 2 Tablespoons of water

2 Tablespoons of fresh dill

salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together and cover and refrigerate.
