We Both Have Been In The Kitchen

Mark made his Chicken Tortilla Soup again.  I could eat it every week.

Recipe:  Chicken Tortilla Soup
HA!  I asked Mark for the recipe and he said it was top secret and is not about to share.  He plans to use it for the next cook-off at Eastside.

I was channeling my dad.  This is one of his favorites.

Vanilla Wafers and Banana Pudding
1 small box of vanilla pudding (follow directions)
box of Vanilla wafers
1 small Cool Whip

Line dish with wafers.  Mix up the pudding and pour over wafers.  Cover with Cool Whip.  Then decorate the top with cookies as your creative juices flow.  I added some crumbs to make it look ever so fancy.

We had a Garden Prep Business Meeting with these babies!

Air Fryer Cinnamon and Sugar Donuts

1 can of Grand Biscuits
1 Stick of butter
Enough sugar and cinnamon mixture to cover the outsides of the donuts when they come out of the fryer.

350 degrees for 4 minutes.  Then flip and add 2 minutes of cooking.  The holes take about 2 minutes.  I always do the separately last.
