End Of The Year Cooking

We made a breakfast casserole that literally fed four families.  I got a new baking dish for Christmas that is 15 x 10.  It is HUGE and I love it.

Got a new cast iron baking pan...I love cast iron anything!  Two loaves have almost been devoured.  Nice and crusty on the outside, warm and soft on the inside.

And I used my new Danish whisk. It worked wonders!!!

And then came the jalapeno poppers!  One mistake...I should have used an entire strip of bacon.  We just used plain cream cheese but are already making up a new filler.  Thanks to Murph and his pepper knowledge we are now going to plant many more varieties of pepper plants (in black buckets) for the garden next year.  This could be my new go-to snack.

Oh, and I love a good frittata.  I usually don't eat eggs but with all the extra ingredients in this thing, you couldn't taste the eggs.
