Pizza Dough
Group One:
1 Tablespoon of yeast
1 cup of warm water
1 teaspoon of sugar
Group Two:
1 teaspoon of salt
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of basil
Group Three:
1 1/2 cups of Whole Wheat flour
1 cup of All-Purpose flour
Pour Group One into a mixing bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Add Group Two and whisk. Add flour and hook attachment. Knead for 5 minutes. Let rise for about 5-10 minutes. Bake at 45o degrees for 10-15 minutes. Makes 4-5 calzones.
Mark gets to use all the new stuff.
The burrito boy making his calzone.
Mark's finished masterpiece.
Mine perfectly tucked in and all toasty.
Michael's ended looking like an old man to me. See his nose and under that his grumpy chin. And his cute little ear.
I think I've been in too long. Food is starting to take on humanness.
