Michael's Corn Salsa

Michael's Corn Salsa

1 can of corn

1/2 green pepper

1pabalno pepper

1/2 of a purple onion

juice of one lime

a couple of tablespoons of banana pepper juice

2 pinches of cilantro

salt and pepper to taste

a couple of shakes of garlic salt

Michael shopped for all the ingredients.  I gave him a quick tutorial on how to cut everything.  Mark was the taste tester.  He was pleased with the results.

We talked about what he might do differently the next time he made it.
