You just never know what is going to happen.  Last week one of the ladies during breakfast said that she had to make a dish for her church supper.  She was having a hard time figuring it out.  Then a light bulb went off and she decided on Strawberry Bisque.  Sounds a little strange but it is great!  This morning I was given the recipe and a big mug that I drank like coffee.  Delish!!


Strawberry Bisque

2 cups of frozen strawberries, thawed
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of heavy cream
2 Tbs sugar

Blend all together and refrigerate overnight.
