Holy Shiitake Pie

EVOO and garlic base, shiitake, button, and Portabello mushrooms, caramelized onions, mozzarella and Montamore cheeses. Drizzled with garlic aloli and black truffle oil. Garnished with fresh chives and shaved Parmesan.

 

Red Skin Potato Pie

Olive oil and garlic base with sliced red potatoes, Applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheeses.  Garnished with chives and a drizzle of sour cream and spicy ranch dressing.

 

Jerk Chicken Hoagie

jerk chicken, onions, mushrooms, green pepper and pineapple all grilled.  Topped with pesto, mayo, Roma tomatoes, spinach and Feta.
